The Face: A Novella in Verse

The Face: A Novella in Verse
The Face is fiercely lyrical, intimately conversational, deeply passionate, literature terms and raw in its candor. Coming to terms with the failure of a great love, the speaker descends into a dark night of the soul. The poems explore the drama of the shattered self in a variety of voices, calling on memory to speak literature terms and imagination to make beauty from the shards. Slowly, the speaker reassembles his life literature terms and again finds faith in himself literature terms and the world. These poems reveal a swirling cinematic poetry of visionary scope -- meditative literature terms and confessional in some moments, ironic literature terms and playful in others.
